Helpful to know…..

1.  Students may be dropped off in the morning, NO EARLIER than 8:45 a.m. and no later than 9:00 a.m. when the 2nd bell rings, to avoid being tardy.

2. Breakfast is available to students beginning @ 8:45 when the cafeteria doors open to serve breakfast.

3. If you will be visiting your child(ren) during lunch, we ask you please sign in at the office and wait there until 5 minutes prior to the lunch time you plan to attend.  We then ask that you go to the cafeteria entrance and wait for your child(ren).

4.  When attending an event with your child during school hours, please sign-in at the office and take one of our visitor bracelets to wear while in the building.  Should you wish to take your child with you when you leave, please sign out the student in the front office as you are signing out as a visitor.

5. If you have a child riding home with another student on the bus or in a car, please send a note with your child.  We check both students have matching notes.  Notes must be matched and stamped by the office before being returned to the student.  Please note—if you have more than one child @ SPE, please write a note for each child.  Our priority is to ensure every student gets home safely.  Thank you for understanding and working with the policy.

Once again, thank you for all you do to help with our processes  in the office, we truly appreciate it!
